| Halloween in the Park Halloween in the Park is haunted hayride through Woodland Park, this event is held in mid-October and tickets can be purchased at Town Day. The cost is $5.00 per ticket. This is a great family event, the 15 minute hayride through the haunted park ends with free refreshments at the pavilion. Movies face painting and other fun activities are available for children at the pavilion. If you’re a little scared or a lot, I recommend signing up for the earlier hayrides as they are a little less scary and it won’t be dark yet. Less scary rides are from 6:15pm-6:45pm and the scary rides are from 7pm-9:30pm. There are two wagons available at 15 minute intervals throughout the night.
